Inclusion
5 KEYNOTES
We'll build your outline, dot points and basic scripting along with pricing strategy and marketing outline for 5 separate themed keynotes. This covers covers the strategy session, theme design, drafting and keynote pricing strategy. We'll also give you some marketing advice to ensure you're ready to sell your keynotes. As a client of Talent Academy, we'll also put you on our speaker portfolio to recommend for future conferences.
PODCAST STRATEGY
If you'd like to be featured in a podcast or start one of your own, we'll build your podcast strategy. This includes themes for series, topics in line with your keynotes/books and basic talking points for a podcast series as a host or guest. You can work with our podcast partner agency to produce your series or feature as a guest in any of their existing series that complement your subject matter
SPEAKER
LANDING PAGE
It's important to be found and booked as a keynote speaker - we'll help by advising on your landing page design and ensure it is easy for a web developer to action quickly. This includes basic graphic design, templating and outline sketches for a web developer to use
BOOK DRAFT
Using our ghost writing partner, we will draft the outline and sample manuscript to get your book ready for an editor and publisher. We'll work with you to extract your ideas, convert them into a meaningful structure or series that would suit your keynote strategy and ensure you have a product to sell from the back of the room
WEB SERIES
STORYBOARD
We'll build you a storyboard for your next web series, YouTube channel or online course. Building a product suite is the key to building authority in your field. This may take the form of a pre-recorded online workshop, a YouTube channel that shares insights and interviews people of interest or a web series of storytelling elements that can be converted to a pitch to streaming services
TEDX
APPLICATION
Being selected for a TEDx talk is often the goal for most speakers - we'll help you build your authority, draft your application and assist in designing your TEDx talk if selected. Once you've worked on the speaker authority process with us, you can apply to any TEDx licensee globally.
About Our Mentors
Tom Hendrick
Tom runs Talent Academy's group workshops and one-to-one training. Formerly a tax lawyer with a top-tier South Australian law firm (Finlaysons), Tom is a professional public speaker and trainer.
Tom has worked with government (inc. the Australian Tax Office), professional associations (inc. the Institute of Public Accountants), individuals, and businesses large & small.
Tom's approach to speaking training:
(1) achieving tangible outcomes when you present ("get a return on investment");
(2) finding ways to reduce preparation time ("time is precious"); and
(3) eliminating "presentation dead space" by using principles distilled from great speakers ("learn from the best").
Sanja Hendrick
Sanja is a public speaking coach, corporate MC, facilitator and speaker coach at TEDxUniSA. As a theatre performer, she has over 20 years of experience on stage and on screen. She loves to work with people facing the stage or screen and has coached and trained speakers and leaders in Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne and major cities in China.
Sanja is passionate about training, facilitation and process improvement, always keen to find connections where she can assist and consult in business analysis and find clever ways to engage in the game of business. Whether it is working with executives, middle managers or line supervisors, she is able to design workshops that best fit the individual or groups she is working with. Her top tip for public speaking? Practice makes better!
