MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT

Modern Slavery Statement

Effective Date: 18th June 2024

Our Commitment

At Talent Academy, we are committed to conducting our business responsibly, ethically, and with integrity. We recognise the serious global issue of modern slavery and human trafficking and are dedicated to ensuring that our operations and supply chains remain free from such practices.

Understanding Modern Slavery

Modern slavery can take many forms, including forced labour, debt bondage, human trafficking, child labour, and other forms of exploitation. Talent Academy acknowledges our responsibility to identify, prevent, and address any risks of modern slavery within our operations and the services we procure.

Our Principles

1. Zero Tolerance

Talent Academy has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and expects the same from our employees, contractors, partners, and suppliers.

2. Ethical Sourcing and Partnerships

We work with trusted suppliers and service providers who align with our values of transparency, fairness, and ethical practice. We expect all partners to comply with applicable labour laws and human rights standards.

3. Risk Management

As a professional services business, our risk of exposure to modern slavery is relatively low. However, we are committed to ongoing monitoring and due diligence in relation to our supply chains. Where risks are identified, we will take prompt and effective steps to mitigate or eliminate them.

4. Awareness and Training

We foster awareness among our staff about modern slavery issues and encourage vigilance in recognising potential risks. We provide guidance to ensure employees understand how to report concerns safely and confidentially.

5. Implementation and Accountability
Talent Academy leadership is responsible for ensuring compliance with this policy across all areas of the business. We review our supply chain relationships regularly to identify potential risks and work only with partners who uphold ethical labour standards. Any concerns regarding modern slavery practices can be reported directly to the Directors, and will be addressed with urgency.

Our Promise

Through this Modern Slavery Statement, Talent Academy affirms our commitment to respect human rights, uphold ethical labour practices, and ensure our business activities contribute to a fair, safe, and transparent global economy.
